Enterprise Software Solutions Engineer

Position Summary

As an Enterprise Software Solutions Engineer, you'll solve complex technical challenges for customers operating mission-critical financial systems.

Working directly with enterprise customers, software engineers, implementation specialists, and banking technology partners, you'll investigate production issues, analyze software behavior, identify root causes, and deliver reliable solutions that keep critical financial operations running smoothly.

This role combines technical analysis, customer interaction, software troubleshooting, and engineering collaboration. Every day presents new technical challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Every day, BancBridge software securely transfers critical financial information between corporate treasury systems and some of the world's leading financial institutions. The systems you'll support help organizations automate payment processing, cash management, account reporting, fraud prevention, and other mission-critical banking operations where security, reliability, and accuracy are essential.

What You'll Do

Investigate and resolve complex production issues for enterprise customers.
Analyze application behavior, system configurations, logs, and customer environments to identify root causes.
Troubleshoot software integration, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management to resolve technical issues.
Coordinate troubleshooting activities with customers, implementation teams, and third-party technology partners.
Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of critical production incidents.
Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and new product releases.
Communicate technical information clearly through documentation, email, conference calls, and customer meetings.
Help improve product quality by identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise software, implementing software solutions, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex software, configuration, integration, and connectivity issues.
Experience supporting Windows and UNIX/Linux environments.
Working knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, networking fundamentals, and secure file transfer technologies.
Basic understanding of software development principles and the ability to read and understand source code. Experience with C++ is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise software in production environments.
Experience with financial institutions, treasury management systems, enterprise banking software, or financial technology is preferred but not required.
Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, secure file transfer (SFTP), encryption technologies, or enterprise application integration.
Familiarity with software development life cycles and release management.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and third-party technology partners.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to solve complex customer challenges.
