used cash management software products from inception to market
leadership. He has worked with financial technology firms including
(LOG on London FTSE) In 1997 Mr. Craddick started producing cash
management websites for major banks, co-founding Magnet
Communications, Inc, a Red Herring Top Ten Private
and Deloitte & Touche Fast 500 which
in 2003. In 2004 Mr. Craddick co-founded BancBridge which provides
cash management solutions for major banks and treasury technology
Mr. Craddick has worked with over 300 commercial banks and corporate

Jay Sikkeland – Executive Vice President Operations
Mr. Sikkeland has 15 years of technology expertise, including design,
deployment and operation of large scale web sites and corporate
systems, application development and business process reengineering.
At Loudcloud (Opsware), Mr. Sikkeland was responsible for some of the first and largest
web site deployments, including a highly available foreign exchange
system with 200+ Unix servers on two different continents. At Loudcloud,
Mr. Sikkeland also helped develop deployment processes and best practices
based on Loudcloud's early deployments. He helped build the deployment
team from 6 people to approximately 50. Before joining Loudcloud,
Mr. Sikkeland was a senior principal consultant for Netscape
responsible for architecting and deploying large corporate deployments worldwide.
Mr. Sikkeland has done projects for 50+ Global 1000 companies
including California Bank & Trust, CitiBank, Atriax (Reuters, Citigroup, Chase Manhattan and Deutsche
Bank), Metavante, CheckFree,
Avery Dennison, Bell Canada, CSC, DDI (Japan), Disney Corp, Fox Inc., Hughes Aircraft, Juniper Financial,

Kedar Panse, Senior Architect/Analyst & Engineering
Mr. Panse has several years of intensive development experience,
focused on banking projects with the largest west coast banks,
three of the largest banks in the world and corporations such as PayPal, CheckFree and Metavante. Mr. Panse has particular
experience creating systems that communicate with secure financial
web pages for the purposes of gathering data, delivering requests
and initiating transactions.
Mr. Panse also specializes in the development of data normalization
technology. He has been involved with conceptualizing,
designing and developing advanced server engines which transformed
file formats including banking and treasury formats related to BAI, ARP, ACH, SWIFT, FedWires, EDI,
