JULY 7, 2009 –  SHANGHAI – Microsoft certified BancBridge TreasuryAgent to run on the Server 2008 platform.  Testing was conducted independently by VeriTest, a testing service of Lionbridge Technologies.  BancBridge, a Microsoft Certified Partner, was pleased to get the results.  Kedar Panse, BancBridge's lead technology office, summarized the certification, "Our decision to commit to Microsoft technology is continually reinforced by positive news of forward strides like this."

May 7, 2008 - BancBridge announced today that it has been selected to present at the Treasury Management Association of Chicago's 22nd Annual Windy City Summit, May 7-9, 2008. BancBridge President, Donald Craddick, will be joined by John Scully of Bank of America, Brian Mobray of Textron Inc., and Eric Newberg of FXpress Corporation in a discussion on bank connectivity. 

The presentation will detail how participants have used bank websites in a unique way for automated upload/download of banking data quickly, securely and inexpensively.     “The Windy City Summit is a uniquely educational venue for banks and corporations to gain leading-edge information on operational treasury productivity,” said Craddick. “In a rapidly changing cash management industry, it provides an important environment for financial colleagues to share knowledge and objective opinions.”

JULY 17, 2006 BancBridge announces launch of TreasuryAgent v2.0 now available for clients starting July 17, 2006. TreasuryAgent v2.0 was scrutinized by VeriTest and successfully passed testing requirements for Windows Client, Windows Server and Microsoft Office on May 17, 2006. TreasuryAgent is a secure software solution for treasurers which automatically logs onto bank cash management websites to upload and download transactions and data. TreasuryAgent can be scheduled to automatically retrieve reports, email reports, auto-print and invoke reconciliation or treasury workstations. TreasuryAgent can monitor directories looking for transactions, upload transactions within moments. TreasuryAgent is already in use by many of the largest organizations in the US and abroad.

MAY 10, 2006   BancBridge and Kyriba representatives spoke at LA Expo Symposium 2006,  focusing on file transfer using HTTP scripting.  The annual regional conference for  Association of Financial Professionals, LA Expo, is attended by institutional cash managers, leading banks and financial technology firms.  Donald Craddick, BancBridge President, and Alan Kholos, Kyriba Chief Operating Officer discussed how banks and corporate practitioners could drastically cut costs, implementations and support using HTTP scripting technology to access bank cash management websites.  Mr. Craddick says that he was honored to be selected to lead a session and later discussion on important developments in financial technology.  Mr. Kholos pointed out how Kyriba used HTTP scripting to interface treasury workstations to banks faster while cutting costs.

OCTOBER 10, 2005   BancBridge President, Donald Craddick, was selected by the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) to present at the San Antonio conference.  The session was focused on HTTP scripting, a method for unattended exchanging of data with bank cash management websites.  Presenting with Mr. Craddick was Mr. Weldon Jones of Wachovia Bank and Oswald Lee of ADP.  The session lightly covered traditional banking file transfer methods such as TTY and FTP, with a major focus on automated up/downloading data and reports directly with existing bank cash management websites.  Mr. Jones of Wachovia points out "for years we used tools like ProComm to make modem/TTY.  Making an HTTP script to automatically interact with the bank website is no different."  Mr. Craddick notes "so much has happened in HTTP scripting in this last year that AFP members; treasurers and bankers alike, benefited from this session."  When questioned about his experience automatically exchanging data with Wachovia's website using AutoLink, Mr. Lee responded "I wish I could connect with all my banks with this technology."  press release visit suite

SEPTEMBER 20, 2005   BancBridge completes FTP client software.  Bank's that support FTP file transfer sites have always winced at the challenges associated with initially getting clients deployed on the service.  TreasuryAgent, already known for its ability to automatically exchange data with bank websites via HTTPS, now is compatible five of the more popular FTP protocols.  "Some of our bank clients have portions of their data on the FTP site and some on the website.  Now TreasuryAgent will talk to both!" boasts BancBridge's Vice President Jay Sikkeland.  FTP is a problematic protocol to deploy because it violates most firewalls, however, now TreasuryAgent will minimize issues with a smart setup wizard that will notify the user is there are issues and what to do about it.

MAY 25, 2005   BancBridge announces the opening of its Aurangabad India office.  Donald Craddick, president of BancBridge, says that the India office is part of BancBridge's strategy to maintain a highly competitive position.  India has been noted for producing some of the best people in the software industry.  Companies like Tata Infotech and Infosys are noted for quality, growth and profitability.  Most major development companies in India are located in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai, areas now considered hot technology centers and experiencing increased costs, turn over and competition just like in the San Francisco Bay area.  Craddick points out that "by opening offices in a small town (Aurangabad has population over 1m ) we will be able to pick the best talent and provide employees a better quality of life and keep overhead down."

FEBRUARY 11, 2005   BancBridge offers First Line customer support.  To date, BancBridge has provided clients with second line support for products, which means bank support staff deal with all client problems and only seek out BancBridge support when a problem is beyond their ability.  With the first contract for First Line support, BancBridge's support staff will work directly with end users to solve problems.  The recent release of version 2.0 boasted features that drastically reduced setup errors, the most common cause for support calls.  Jay Sikkeland of BancBridge says "we are glad to be working directly with end users for the first time.  It is exciting to see how our technology is improving the business process of treasurers." 

APRIL 15, 2005   The BancBridge hosting data center, which has been running since the Fall of 2004 is now in production.  Server functions for auto-updating of software, usage tracking and remote control of users has been deployed with the first group of between 500 and 1,000 users.  Reece Markowsky of BancBridge Client Services happily notes "now the distribution of software enhancements will be completely automatic to users, bank and us."  Bank clients will especially appreciate the ability to track usage for services such as proactive support.

APRIL 2005   Treasury & Risk Magazine discusses BancBridge's TreasuryAgent product in April issue The Good Old Days Are Back.  Glad to see the article, BancBridge's president Donald Craddick responds with "this is the kind of opportunity a small company like BancBridge just hopes for."  With quotes from well known figures in the treasury world, the Treasury & Risk article says;  "Steve Hart, vice president of for integration solutions innovations at Bank of America and an impartial but informed observer, says the Gateway/BancBridge technology has 'a lot of potential.  It has gained traction in the past 12 months and has some obvious advantages - its simpler, less expensive model on just one tool, the Web browser.' "

NOVEMBER 2, 2004   The BancBridge development team delivers version 1.90 to end users.  With over 50 new enhancements, version 1.90 now has a great number of features useful to the treasurer that needs automated exchange of data with bank websites.  Enhancements include features added to: download & print, concurrency, HTML reports, form parsing, password features, encryption, secure email notifications and improved usability features.  "Development was virtually a 24x7 effort for a period of two months, but the feedback from clients says it was all worth the effort!" said Jay Sikkeland, BancBridge Vice President of Operations.  Plans are almost complete for the next release due out in the Spring of 2005.

JULY 1, 2004   BancBridge team now has experience exchanging data and transactions with over 22 bank cash management websites.  The list is a virtual Who's Who of banking, including super regional banks and international giants. Jay Sikkeland, Vice President of Operations says "my team is extremely busy, but things are looking very hopeful that we have built the right product at the right time."

MAY 3, 2004   BancBridge announces a capital placement by a new investor.  The venture investor has worked with members of BancBridge management in the past and believes in the team and products.  The private equity placement also includes an option for future investment should the BancBridge board see the need for increased capital.  BancBridge Chairman Mark Aspinwall comments that, "although BancBridge was not pursuing investment at this time, the fit of this placement and investor was perfect."

APRIL 19, 2004   The Command-Line version of BancBridge TreasuryAgent is completed.  TreasuryAgent, BancBridge's flagship product, now boasts a command-line version that can be easily embedded under treasury applications for automated connectivity with bank cash management websites.  Jay Sikkeland, Vice President of Operations announced that his team is now ready to install TreasuryAgent Command-Line within applications such as treasury workstations, reconciliation engines, cash forecasting systems, A/P, A/R.  "We have just begun working on our first project to embed TreasuryAgent Command Line within a popular product and prospects are very promising," Sikkeland explained. 

MARCH 8, 2004  The latest team additions put BancBridge in the lead, forming the team with the most experience in connecting treasury applications to bank cash management websites.  Team members have worked with over 150 banks and 450 corporations over the last 20 years.  BancBridge expertise includes core treasury technology such as payments, online cash management, trade finance, reconciliation, portfolio/risk analysis and remittance processing.  President Donald Craddick said, "It is extremely gratifying to have a team assembled that has successfully worked together in the past and knows the simple rules for winning in the bank market:  excellent products and excellent support."

January 22, 2004  The BancBridge core team joins together to create a commercial banking solution that meets the needs of banks and their corporate customers exchanging reporting and payment information in the new millennium.  Team members have co-founded, worked for and with banking technology firms such as CheckFree, S1, Magnet (Digital Insight), StreamTrans, Logica, FICS and others.  According to Donald Craddick, BancBridge president; "Our veteran team of cash management professionals will ensure our ability to address market needs quickly and smoothly."
