spoke at LA Expo Symposium 2006, focusing on file transfer
using HTTP scripting. The annual regional conference for
Association of Financial Professionals, LA Expo, is attended by
institutional cash managers, leading banks and financial technology
firms. Donald
Craddick, BancBridge President, and Alan Kholos, Kyriba Chief
Operating Officer discussed how banks and corporate practitioners
could drastically cut costs, implementations and support using HTTP
scripting technology to access bank cash management websites. Mr. Craddick

OCTOBER 10, 2005 BancBridge President, Donald
Craddick, was selected by the Association of Financial Professionals
(AFP) to present at the San Antonio conference. The
session was focused on HTTP scripting, a method for unattended
exchanging of data with bank cash management websites.
Presenting with Mr. Craddick was Mr. Weldon Jones of Wachovia
Bank and Oswald Lee of ADP. The session lightly covered traditional banking file
transfer methods such as TTY and FTP, with a major focus on
automated up/downloading data and reports directly with existing
bank cash management websites. Mr. Jones of Wachovia points
out "for years we used tools like ProComm to make modem/TTY.
Making an HTTP script to automatically interact with the bank
website is no different." Mr. Craddick notes "so much has
happened in HTTP scripting in this last year that AFP members; treasurers and bankers alike, benefited from this
session." When questioned about his experience
automatically exchanging data with Wachovia's website using AutoLink,
Mr. Lee responded "I wish I could connect with all my banks with
this technology."

SEPTEMBER 20, 2005 BancBridge completes FTP client
software. Bank's that support FTP file transfer sites have
always winced at the challenges associated with initially getting
clients deployed on the service. TreasuryAgent, already known
for its ability to automatically exchange data with bank websites
via HTTPS, now is compatible five of the more popular FTP protocols.
"Some of our bank clients have portions of their data on the FTP
site and some on the website. Now TreasuryAgent will talk to
both!" boasts BancBridge's Vice President Jay Sikkeland. FTP
is a problematic protocol to deploy because it violates most
firewalls, however, now TreasuryAgent will minimize issues with a
smart setup wizard that will notify the user is there are issues and
what to do about it.
MAY 25, 2005 BancBridge announces the opening of its
Aurangabad India office. Donald Craddick, president of
BancBridge, says that the India office is part of BancBridge's
strategy to maintain a highly competitive position. India has
been noted for producing some of the best people in the software
industry. Companies like Tata Infotech and Infosys are noted
for quality, growth and profitability. Most major development
companies in India are located in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai,
areas now considered hot technology centers and experiencing
increased costs, turn over and competition just like in the San
Francisco Bay area. Craddick points out that "by opening
offices in a small town (Aurangabad has population over 1m ) we will
be able to pick the best talent and provide employees a better
quality of life and keep overhead down."
FEBRUARY 11, 2005 BancBridge offers First Line
customer support. To date, BancBridge has provided clients
with second line support for products, which means bank support
staff deal with all client problems and only seek out BancBridge
support when a problem is beyond their ability. With the first
contract for First Line support, BancBridge's support staff will
work directly with end users to solve problems. The recent
release of version 2.0 boasted features that drastically reduced
setup errors, the most common cause for support calls. Jay
Sikkeland of BancBridge says "we are glad to be working directly
with end users for the first time. It is exciting to see how
our technology is improving the business process of treasurers."

advantages - its simpler, less expensive model on just one tool, the
Web browser.' "
